2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple
(including juice)
1/2 c chopped nuts
Topping:
1 c brown sugar
1/2 stick margarine, softened
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 c nuts chopped for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, flour, eggs, soda, pineapple and juice in a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 c nuts and pour into a 9 X 12 greased cake pan. Bake 40 minutes.
While baking mix frosting. mix brown sugar, margarine, and cream cheese in a bowl. Spread on cake while it is hot. Sprinkle with nuts.
