2 cups cooked, cubed turkey or chicken
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 - 9oz pkg frozen broccoli or peas thawed and drained
1 - 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and diced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Topping:
2 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
2 tbs margarine or butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Grease a 2 qt. casserole. In a large bowl combine all casserole ingredients. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top of turkey mixture. Drizzle melted butter over chips. Bake @ 375º.
