8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. bananas, mashed
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, butter and sugar and mix well to blend. Mix in mashed banana and eggs. In a separate bowl, mix flour and other dry ingredients. Slowly integrate dry ingredients into wet mixture. Flour and grease bread pan. Bake at 350º for 35-50 minutes. Check at five minute intervals with a toothpick, as ovens vary the cooking time. When the toothpick comes out clean, it's done!
