3 eggs,1 cup sugar, 2/3 cup pumpkin,1 tsp lemon juice,3/4 cup flour 1 tsp. soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 cup pecans.

Filling: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3oz. cream cheese, 4 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs at top speed for 5 minutes. Sift flour,baking powder,spices and salt. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread in well greased and floured cookie sheet. Top with 1 cup chopped pecans. Bake 15 minutes@375º. Put cake on clean dish towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll towel and cake together and let cool. Unroll cake and spread with filling. Roll up chill and slice.
