3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 butternut squash, peeled, cut into 1/2" slices, seeds removed
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish.
Mix flour, brown sugar, allspice and salt. Cut in butter to make crumbs.
Arrange 1/3 of the squash in the baking dish; sprinkle with 3/4 c. crumbs. Top with remaining squash; sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Top with pecans and drizzle with maple syrup. Cover with foil; bake 1 hour. Remove foil; bake until squash is done, about 10 min.
