1/3 cup Sugar
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 pinch Salt
2 tbsp. Water
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 pint Blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, mix the Sugar, Cornstarch & Salt. Turn on to medium heat & add the Water & Lemon Juice. Heat while stirring until liquid. Add the Blueberries & raise to Medium High heat. Boil until the liquid is clear, stirring occasionally. Let cool approximately 10 minutes (or as long as it takes you to make your pancakes, waffles or french toast).

This sauce is great over vanilla ice cream and can be canned in jars for future use. If it is not over cooked, the blueberries will still be intact and will pleasantly burst in your mouth! YUM!!
