4 large green peppers (cored/parboiled 3-5 min)
1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1 small onion
1 garlic bud
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. vegetable salt
lemon pepper to taste
1 beaten egg
1 c. cooked rice

1 can. tomato soup + 1/2 c. water
1 can. Delmonte fresh cut tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the turkey, onion, rice, egg and ketchup along with all seasonings. Mix well. Combine tomato soup and canned tomatoes and then pour over the top of the peppers and generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. (cover with foil)
