4 medium apples
4 popsicle sticks
60 pieces caramel, unwrapped
2 T. evaporated milk

Directions:
Push sticks into tops of apples. Microwave caramels and evaporated milk on high, stirring frequently until smooth, about 3 minutes. Dip and swirl apples in melted caramel. Use a spoon to spread evenly. Set on waxed paper until caramel. You can also put chopped nuts, crushed cookies, or coconut in separate bowls. Once you dip the apples in the caramel roll into desired topping and then place them on waxed paper to set up. Drizzle melted chocolate is another added flair to these yummy caramel apples.
