1 bunch of fresh broccoli
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Peanuts
Raisins or Grapes
1 c. mayo
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse broccoli, cut off stalks, and cut "flowerettes" into bite sized pieces. In mixing bowl, combine broccoli, onion, peanuts, and raisins. In separate bowl, mix mayo, sugar, and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate.

Very easy and good. I prefer the raisins over grapes. This is made on Thursdays in my school cafeteria. It is a hit with all the teachers, though not so much with the children. HA!
