3# - macaroni (cooked)
1/2 - gallon milk
1/4# - butter
1# - parmesan cheese
1# - mozzarella cheese
1# - cheddar cheese
1/2# - swiss cheese
1 1/2# - ham cubes
1 - medium onion
1 - green pepper
5 - cloves garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
1# - swiss cheese slices for the top

Cook macaroni and set aside. Combine (except for the cheese for the top) all other ingredients into a sauce. Add macaroni, pour into a buttered pan(s) and top with swiss cheese slices.

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour (longer if cold).

This makes a HUGE batch. Use multiple pans and freeze. . .or have a party :-)
