1 can lesueur peas -drained
1 can french style green beans-drained
1 small jar chopped pimentos-drained
1 large onion-chopped
1/2 stalk celery-chopped
1 large bell pepper-chopped
1 cup wesson oil
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
salt and pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, vinegar,sugar, salt & pepper together until dissolved. Pour over first six ingredients in a container that has a sealed top. Let it stay in refrigerator for at least three days before serving. When ready to serve-drain.
