Snicker Doodles Recipe

1 c shortening
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
Cream together and add the following:
1 tsp soda
2 tsp Cream of Tarter
pinch of salt
3 1/2 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix together next two items and set aside to dip cookie in before baking.
2 Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp sugar

put into rolls and refrigerate. Cut into slices and dip in cinnamon sugar and bake - can be cut right away if you don't want to wait - rolls can be frozen or kept for several days in the refrigerator.
