1 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
2 tbsp. raspberry vinegar or sherry vinegar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. shallots, minced
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Puree the raspberries and then strain to remove the seeds. Return the raspberries to the food processor and add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
