7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 12-ounce package chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Boil 5 minutes, still stirring constantly over moderate heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted; stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm.

I get too bored to do the stirring, so Dave does that part. We usually double the recipe. We tried tripling it, but that was a disaster!
