1 already prepared pie crust, 1 10oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables, 1/2 C chopped onion, 1/2 C fresh mushooms, 1/4 C margarine, 1/3 C flour, 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t dried crushed sage, marjoram or thyme, 1/8 t pepper, 2 C chicken broth, 3/4 C milk, 3 C shredded chicken.

Cook mixed vegetables according to the pkg. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan cook onion and mushrooms in margarine until tender. Stir in flour, salt, sage and pepper. Add chicken broth and milk all at once. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Stir in vegetables and chicken. Pour into a baking dish and cover with pie crust. Flute edges of crust and cut slits in the top. Bake at 450º for 12-15 min until crust is golden brown.
