12 Rhodes Texas rolls, thawed but still cold
1 medium orange rind, grated
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 T. butter, melted
3 T. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix grated orange with sugar. Roll each roll into a 9-inch rope. Tie a loose knot. Roll each knot in melted butter and then in rind/sugar mixture. Cook per Rhodes instructions.
To make the glaze, melt the butter and add powdered sugar, orange juice, and vanilla. Mix well and glaze over each cooked roll.
