1 5 lb. bag red potatoes
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 cube butter
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes with skins still on and boil until fork tender. Remove and drain water. Mash and add sour cream and butter. Mash together until desired consistency and add salt to taste.
