3-4 lb rump roast (ask butcher to cut for Roladen)
1 pound bacon chopped
1 medium yellow onion chopped
1 pkg brown gravy mix
vegetable oil for browning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the chopped bacon in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add onions and mush together.
Lay out a slice of meat and put a thin layer of bacon and onion mixture on the meat and roll it up. Secure rolls with two toothpicks or butcher string.
Brown in hot oil.
Place rolls in a large sauce pan together with drippings from bacon and enough water to barely cover the rolls.
Sprinkle with the gravy mix.
Simmer on low simmer 4-6 hours.
Thicken gravy if necessary to your taste and texture.
