1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
12 oz can evaporated milk
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
shredded cheddar cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter; stir in flour until smooth. Slowly stir in milk and broth. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer; stirring occasionally, until thickened and bubbly.

Garnish individual bowls with cheese.
