2 chicken breasts, cooked, cooled, and cubed
3 green onions
1 head lettuce
1 can chow mein noodles
1 pkg. sliced almonds

1/2 c. oil
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. poppy seeds

Cook chicken, cool and cube. Cut lettuce and onions and toss with chicken.

DRESSING: Combine dressing ingredients and add along with chow mein noodles and almonds just before serving. This prevents sogginess.
