Ingredients:  
1 can Cream of Onion Soup
1/2 can water
3 boneless/skinless chicken breast
1 box stovetop cornbread stuffing
1 bag frozen mixed veggies
1/2 c Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in 1/2 c Italian Dressing & 2 T veg oil. Cut chicken into small cubes

Mix soup, water, veggies, salt, pepper and chicken. Pour in 9 x 13 baking dish

Follow directions on box of Stuffing - spread over veggies and chicken.

bake @ 375 for 15 - 20 minutes until bubbles up on sides
