1 c pineapple juice
7 T sugar
2 eggs - beaten
1 box strawberry Jello
1 large can pet milk chilled
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and cook until eggs have cooked. Take from heat and stir in Jello. Let cool. Whip evaporated milk and add to Jello mixture. Put Graham Crackers or Nilla Wafers in bottom of 9 x 13 pan and pour in Jello mixture. chill
