1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
14 oz. ground turkey or hamburger
2/3 c. uncooked rice
2 bell peppers, chopped
½ medium onion, chopped
1 roma tomato
2 oz. cheddar and mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
While the turkey/hamburger is browning, start cooking the rice by the method of your choice. Also, to the turkey/burger add the salt and garlic. Right before the meat is done add the chopped onions and peppers and cook until warm. Stir in cooked rice and put the mixture in an 8x8 casserole dish. Top with chopped tomatoes and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes in a 350º oven. For the last five minutes remove the foil.
