Ingredients:  
1 large cabbage, chopped
1 sweet pepper, chopped
3 carrots, grated
2 t. salt

Dressing:
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 t. celery seed
1 t. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cabbage, pepper & carrots & salt. Mix & let sit for 1 hour. Combine the dressing ingredients & boil for 1 minute. Cool completely & pour over cabbage mix. Freeze or refrigerate.
