1 & 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1 t. vanilla
1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Use mixer to blend until ingredients are moistened. Grease pie plate with butter & pour in mixture. Bake in 350º preheated oven for 50 minutes. Garnish with Cool Whip, blueberries (or any berry of choice) & sprinkle with powdered sugar.
