1 - 2 1/4 pkg dried beef - finely chopped
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 t horseradish
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/4 c dried beef with the rest of ingredients. Chill 30 minutes. Form into ball and roll in remaining dried beef
