1 Stick of Butter
8 oz heavy Cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 lb pasta (noodle or tortellini)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Add cream slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in grated cheese on low heat. Cook noodles in garlic and olive oil, and water. Flavor with favorite seasonings (salt, pepper, lemon pepper, etc.)
Drain and rinse with warm water. Pour 1 Tbsp olive oil on warm noodles and stir.
Pour warm sauce over warm noodles. Top with fresh parsley if desired.
