3 quarts water
8 c sugar

Dissolve sugar in warm water - let cool

1 qt plus 1 c orange juice
1 large can pineapple juice
1 c lemon juice
10 bananas - mashed ( I put them in the blender with some of the juice)

Mix fruit juices and bananas with water mixture - put in containers and freeze

Let thaw to slush stage when ready to serve and add a 2 liter 7 UP per gallon of punch mix.
