1 1/3 c flour
1 T butter
1T salt
1/8 t pepper
2 egg yolks beaten
3/4 c flat beer
2 egg whites beaten stiff
Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks with butter, salt, pepper - add beer and flour - beat well. Refrigerate- when ready to use add stiffly beaten egg whites.
