Double Layer Pumpkin Pie Recipe

4 oz cream cheese softened
1 T milk
1 T sugar
1 1/2 c cool whip
1 c cold milk or half & half
1 graham cracker pie crust
2 packages (4 serving size) Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
1 can pumpkin
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground cloves

Mix cream cheese - 1 T milk and sugar in a bowl - stir in Cool Whip - spread in bottom of crust

Pour 1 c milk into bowl - add pudding mixes - mixture will be thick - add pumpkin and spices. spread over cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate 4 hours - garnish with additional whipped topping.
