Ingredients:  
1/2 c butter
1/4 c Whipping Cream
1 c firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c coarsely chopped pecans

Heat oven to 325 - in saucepan combine butter, 1/4 c whipping cream and brown sugar. Cook over low heat until butter is melted. Pour into two 8 or 9 inch round cake pans - sprinkle evenly with chopped pecans

1 - Pillsbury Moist Supreme Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 1/4 c water
1/3 c oil
3 eggs

Combine ingredients and spoon over pecan mixture in pans. Bake @ 325 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans. Let cool completely

Topping:
1 3/4 c whipping cream
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/4 t vanilla extract

Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla - beat until stiff peaks form.

Spread half of whipped cream mixture on first layer -pecan side up. Put second layer on top and spread remaining whipped cream on top. Sprinkle chocolate curls and chopped pecans on top for decorations.
