2 Tbs white rum
2 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs orange juice
2 large bananas sliced thinly on angle

Directions:
Directions:
Heat rum, sugar, butter and orange juice in large skillet until butter is melted. Add the bananas. Bring to boil over med heat, then lower heat so that the sauce is bubbling gently. Cook until the bananas are softened, about 4 minutes.

Any day that breakfast starts with rum is a great day. Use this sauce over pancakes or French toast. They'll never use maple syrup again. You can double or triple or what ever you need to the recipe. I have used a cup of each ingredient for a large brunch once,just keep the proportions the same.
