2lbs spicy sausage (you can use mild)


2 cups of Carbquick


3 cups of Chedder Cheese (i use the preshredded, its drier, produces less grease)


1/4-1/2 cup of very finely chopped onion (depending on taste, i used half a small onion)


1/4-1/2 of cream to help the carbquick form with the meat


OPTIONAL 1/2 tsp of garlic and 1/2 tsp of cayenne (if not using spicy sausage

Mix ingredients together Make sure dough is kneaded correctly. Make little balls about a heaping tsp of raw mixture...not much bigger than an inch across


cook 350 for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
