1 lb. Mushrooms- cleaned

3 tablespoons fat free sour cream

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped chives

2 tablespoons Fat Free Mayo

2 tablespoons Walden Farms Calorie Free Balsamic Vinaigrette.

3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs

2 or 3 drops hot pepper sauce (optional).

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

Mix well.

Place mushrooms on a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray, stuff with mixture.

Broil 4 to 6 minutes or until lightly browned.
