Directions:
Boil potatoes till tender. Pour off water and let cold water run over them to stop cooking action. Remove potatoes from pan and put on the cupboard to cool for about 2 hours. In a separate pan put eggs in cold water and bring to a boil. Boil eggs 12 minutes. Pour off water and cover with cold water. Cool. Peel potatoes and cut into chunks. Place in a huge bowl so it will be easy to stir in ingredients. Peel and slice eggs, then chop into small pieces reserving several good slices for the top of the salad. Put chopped eggs into the bowl with the potatoes. In a separate bowl, mix with a wire whip: mayonnaise, pickle juice, and onion salt. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and eggs and stir to mix. Place the salad in a large bowl and top with sliced eggs and paprika.
