1 bag romaine lettuce
1 head red leaf lettuce
½ c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. craisins
2 apples diced
1 c. sugar glazed almonds

¾ c. sugar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
½ t. salt
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 ½ Tbsp. poppy seeds

Glazed Almonds: Put ¼ - ½ c. white sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it is caramelized, take off of heat. Pour in almonds and stir to coat . Pour onto parchment paper and dry. Break into pieces. Add to salad right before serving.

Dressing: With a hand mixer, mix sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar. Gradually add oil till creamy, then add poppy seeds. Pour over salad right before serving.
