1 Tbsp. garlic
4 stalks celery
1 bottle tomatoes
1 onion diced
1 2 lbs. Ground beef
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans chili beans
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. Cumin
1Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Chili powder
2 c. catsup

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add Celery cook for two minutes. Add tomato and beans. Season and cook 30 minutes.
