European Salad Mixture (or just baby spinach)
Crumbled Bacon
Pecans
Red Onion
Sliced Raw Mushrooms
Avocado Cubed
Feta Cheese

Dressing:
2 Tbsp. Bacon Grease
1/2 c. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 swirl Worcestershire sauce
1 swirl mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: mix all of the dressing ingredients in a pot.
Stir quickly over medium heat. Not too hot or long or sugar will crystallize. Let cool before putting on salad.
Mix with salad ingredients.

(I double the dressing recipe for a big 6-8 person salad)I just always keep a cupful of hardened bacon grease from breakfasts in the fridge for when I make this salad.
