2 1/4 cups sugar
5 cups water
10 whole cloves
3 allspice berries
2 cinnamon sticks
1 gallon cider/apple juice
1 quart orange juice
1 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large saucepan combine the sugar and water. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the cloves, allspice and cinnamon sticks. Let stand for 1 hour or more. Strain out the spices. Add the apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice. Heat and serve warm.
