1 box spaghetti pasta
1 large block of cheddar cheese, or 2 large shredded pkgs. (mild or sharp, your preference)
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to pkg directions, adding salt to pasta water. Drain. Grease long, pyrex dish with margarine. Layer pasta, then cheese, then pasta, and finish with generous amount of cheese. Mix milk and beaten eggs together and pour over pasta and cheese. Bake at 350º for approximately 30-45 minutes.

EVERYONE's favorite! Unusual in that it is made with the spaghetti pasta. You can adapt this recipe, however, by using elbow macaroni instead of the spaghetti, and by sprinkling the top with a buttered cracker crumb topping. Can also mix cheeses, using provolone and cheddar mix. Experiment or leave as originally created by Grandmother! YUM!
