5 large eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 T. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lime
1 cup sugar
3 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Flan
Pour 5 eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla into the blender. Blend together. Let it sit in the blender while you prepare the caramel.

Caramel
Squeeze the lime into a pan. Add water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Watch and stir frequently as sugar becomes carmelized.

Pour caramel into an 8" round pan. Pour flan mixture over the caramel. Place in 350º oven. Bake for one hour. Remove from the oven and check to see if a toothpick
