3 cups Bisquick mix
1 pound of pork sausage (hot or regular)
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (16 oz)

Directions:
Crumble and fry sausage thoroughly. Drain. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Cool. Store in tightly covered container. Refrigerate any leftovers. Can be re-heated in the microwave.
