½ cup bread crumbs, coarse
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup plain potato chips, crushed
½ teaspoon. paprika
¼ teaspoon. cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
3 Tablespoon chopped green onion
4 6 oz. fish filets

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange fish on baking sheet (sprayed with non-stick coating). Season fish to taste.

Combine crumbs, cheese, potato chips, seasonings then toss with melted butter. Divide crumb mixture and press evenly on fish. Bake fish for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
