1 package of yeast
½ cup sugar
1 cup warm water

4 cups self rising flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup oil
1 egg
1 cup cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together until yeast dissolves. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients together. Add first three ingredients and mix. Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. If all dough is not used, cover and place in refrigerator. This can be kept up to 1 week. Just stir and spoon as above.
