2 egg whites
2/3 cups of sugar
1 cup of pecans (chopped)
dash of salt
1/2 package of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
First: TURN YOUR OVEN ON TO 350

Beat egg whites until very stiff. Beat in sugar (gradually) until stiff peaks form (like meringue).
Fold in pecans, and chocolate ships. Drop teaspoon full dollops onto the cookie sheet (do not grease cookie sheet).

Second: WHEN YOU PUT THE COOKIES IN, TURN THE OVEN OFF. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR. Store in airtight container.
