6 asparagus spears
1 carrot, shredded
3 (8 in.) flour tortillas
6 tbsp. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. honey mustard
3 thin slices smoked turkey breast

Directions:
Directions:
Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Bring about 2 in. of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add asparagus and carrot and cook 30 seconds. Drain and cool.
Warms tortillas according to package directions. Stir together cream cheese and mustard. Spread evenly on top of each tortilla. Layer turkey on cheese mixture. Place 2 asparagus spears on each tortilla. Place carrot shavings on top of asparagus. Roll up tortillas and cut in half.
