4c.sliced button mushrooms
1 14.5 oz.can diced tomatoes
2 med. carrots thinly sliced diagonally
1 med onion chopped
1medium red potato cut in 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup fresh green beans cut in 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup of pitted ripe olives, halved
1 cup-reduce sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup of dry white wine or chicken broth
2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1 tsp. herb's or Italian seasoning crushed
3/4 tsp.dried thyme crushed
1/4 tsp. coarsely grd. black pepper
8 skinless pieces of chicken (1 3/4 to 2 lbs.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 14-oz jar of tomato pasta sauce or 16 oz. jar of Alfredo, French Bread

1 5/6 Qt. Slow cooker combine mushrooms, undrained tomatoes, carrots, onions, potatoes,green beans, olives, broth,wine,tapioca,herb's,thyme and pepper. Place chicken on top sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover and cook on low heat 6/7 hours or high heat 3/4 hours
2 Stir in Pasta sauce if desired
