2 (10.4 oz) cans of Campbell's potato soup
1 (15 oz) can of mixed vegetables
1 & 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/2 cup milk
1/2 t. thyme
salt & pepper to taste
1 peg, (2) frozen pie crusts
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine filling, pour into pie shell. Place the second pie shell on top & seal the edges with the tines of a fork. Poke a couple of holes in the top crust. Brush the top crust with egg. Bake for 40 minutes @ 375º.
