5 chicken breasts, boiled
2 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
2 in. X 2 in. wonton wrappers
ranch dressing
2 tbsp. chili con carne
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Shred chicken in food processor. Mix cheese and chili con carne. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and place one wonton wrapper in each cup. Bake wontons for 3 minutes at 350º. After wontons are slightly browned, place the following in each wonton in order: 1 tbsp. of chicken, drop of ranch dressing, cheese mixture. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
