4 c. oatmeal
2 c. rolled wheat
1 c. unprocessed bran
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped raisins
1 c. dried fruit
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
All fruit and nuts are optional. Combine oil, water and brown sugar in blender. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Pour oil mixture over dry ingredients. Stir well. Spread on large cookie sheets. Bake at 200ºF for 1-1.5 hours. Stir every 30 minutes. Add dry fruit. Store in air-tight container.
